Q: What quality can I expect?

A: Here in The Great North, we use the highest quality premium garments we can. We guarantee that it will be the comfiest apparel you own.

Q: Where was it made?

A: Most of the apparel is manufactured in the USA, Asia, and Canada. Everything else is done in Canada from the, from the printing to The Great North woven labels for most and storage.


Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?

A: Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

Q: What kind of payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, American Express, DISCOVER, Diners Club, JCB, MasterCard, Paypal.


Q: How do I track my package after it has been shipped?

A: As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification to the email provided to us confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package. "Small package air USA" and "Small package air international" will not have the tracking numbers activated by Canada Post, but will show the number is valid and will still be sent to you. Small Package USA/International air shipping times can vary from 5 days to (in very rare cases) 7 weeks, depending on customs and your local postal services. The Great North only has the same shipping information you do and can not provide details on shipping times and package location with these two shipping services. If you would like your package to be tracked with a guaranteed delivery date please choose any other shipping option at checkout. We recommend "Expedited", "Xpresspost" or "Tracked" shipping options.

Q: I think my package was lost or stolen, what do I do now?

A: The Great North is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. Contact your local postal services.

Q: I haven't received my package yet and it has been a few weeks, what is going on?

A: The Great North prides itself on QUALITY and good quality takes time, but we are doing our best to ship out orders to customers as soon as we possibly can. Typically it will not take over 2 weeks to receive a package. HOWEVER, please be patient as our Great Northern Team is doing our best to get these orders out to you as soon as we can. 



Q: How can I return or exchange my product?

A: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, minus the greater of a $10.00 USD or 10% restocking fee and shipping costs, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
